These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://wazobiaos.com ("WaZoBia OS", "the Site") operated by WaZoBia Smartech.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

WaZoBia OS is a marketing and navigation hub for the WaZoBia OS product ecosystem. It provides information about WaZoBia Invoice, WaZoBia Books, WaZoBia Events, the Advanced TSA Reconciliation Engine, partner programmes, and links to separate applications and portals.

Use of individual WaZoBia OS products is subject to the terms and policies on each product's website or application.

Some links on this Site direct you to external login pages, applications, or partner portals. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or terms of those third-party services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials used on linked WaZoBia OS products.

You agree not to:

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for use of the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.
